Bay Standard Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to update or
modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your
agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as
changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms
and Conditions whenever you use this website.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Tracking is included on all orders. We usually ship within
1-2 business days from date of receipt of order contingent upon
the volume of orders in process as orders are picked, packed, and
shipped on a first-come-first-serve basis.Occasionally an item may
be on back order and may require additional delivery time. Please
contact us for delivery times.
For special order items or large volume order, additional processing
time might be required.
All Shipping costs are based upon current carrier prices and will
be calculated once order has been packed and shipped.
All orders must include a valid e-mail address, and an order confirmation
of price will be sent to the email address entered at the time of
order upon order confirmation. This is usually followed by a shipping
notification. For most orders the shipping notification includes
ship date, carrier and tracking number (if applicable).
Please call for delivery charges
when sending pre-payment by check or money order.
Shipping delays caused beyond the Bay Standard's control including,
but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal
of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; Public
authorities acting without actual or apparent authority on the premises;
acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; riots, strikes,
or other labor disputes; civil commotions, disruptions in air or
ground transportation networks such as weather phenomena; and natural
disasters, shall not be our responsibility. Please contact the shipping
company directly. The shipping company does not provide refund for
shipping for these above cases, and nor can we for shipping charges
if your order is not as scheduled, or fails to be delivered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds on regularly stocked items only within 30 days of order-
subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds on specIal order items.
A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Please contact
us to receive an RA# prior to returning items. Any returns not accompanied
by a valid RA# will not be refunded/credited. Customer is responsible
for return shipping charges.
For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service
that can be tracked. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent
via a non-trackable method such as USPS (First Class).

PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties
are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact
the manufacturer's authorized warranty service station closest to
you. This information is available either with the material shipped
with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.
